How to make a light, healthy Grilled Zucchini recipe

organic extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Heat a grill plate.
Wash and cut the zucchini at their length with a mandolin.
Put on the hot grill and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes, the zucchini should not be rotated constantly, only once.
Once cooked, place them ona plate with salt, pepper, and season with oil.
