  • 2 medium-sized zucchini
  • organic extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  • Heat a grill plate.
  • Wash and cut the zucchini at their length with a mandolin.
  • Put on the hot grill and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes, the zucchini should not be rotated constantly, only once.
  • Once cooked, place them ona plate with salt, pepper, and season with oil.
