If you are looking for a simple dish, look no further than the delicious GRILLED ZUCCHINI (ZUCCHINE GRIGLIATE). Very easy to prepare, they can be a side dish to meat, fish, or even to a very good potato frittata, my favorite.
It is a vegetarian dish, but above all, it is a dish suitable for those who are undertaking a diet.
Just cut the zucchini slices at its length and grill them on the grill hot plate, and then season them with a delicious organic extra virgin olive oil as I did.
Or you can season them with a “pinzimonio” made of oil, lemon juice, mint, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
A Light, Healthy Grilled Zucchini Recipe – Zucchine Grigliate
- 2 medium-sized zucchini
- organic extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Heat a grill plate.
- Wash and cut the zucchini at their length with a mandolin.
- Put on the hot grill and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes, the zucchini should not be rotated constantly, only once.
- Once cooked, place them ona plate with salt, pepper, and season with oil.
